Filters

Jaccard threshold

0.40

Filters edges within the exported top-20-per-node graph.

Show edge weights (opacity)

If enabled, edge opacity reflects Jaccard (relative to current threshold).

Valence shading (brightness)

If enabled, node brightness reflects valence (higher = brighter, lower = darker). Nodes with valence = NA are hidden.

Valence range

Min -1.00

Max 1.00

Adjust to show nodes whose valence lies within the selected range. Default shows all valence values and nodes with valence = NA.

FACT groups

Node colors update dynamically based on selected groups and each node’s FACT mean relevance.
